Partnership Application

We do not hire employees. We build partners. This process is designed to filter out those who are not ready for the pressure of ownership.

Part 1: The Transparency Protocol

We value bad news delivered fast over good news delivered late.

Read Carefully

We are not a bank. We are active partners. In most cases, we take a controlling equity position at the start to mitigate risk. You earn your equity back through performance, decision making, and execution. If you have an ego problem, stop now.

Tell us about a time you made a significant mistake. How long did you wait to tell stakeholders, and how did you fix it?

Describe a time you had to make a decision that was ethically right but cost you money or popularity.

If we looked at your bank statements and credit report today, is there anything that would contradict what you tell us? (Bankruptcy, Liens, Judgments). Transparency is better than surprise.

Part 2: Who Are You?

Basic logistics and current standing.

What are you doing right now to generate income?

Part 3: The Operator Assessment

Can you handle the execution?

Our Responsibility (The Board): We handle finances, banking, legal, insurance, and high-level strategy.
Your Responsibility (The Operator): You handle day-to-day operations, hiring, sales, and execution.

Based on the division of labor above (Operations vs. Finance/Admin), where are you strongest, and where will you rely on us the most?

Describe a business or project you ran previously. What was the peak monthly revenue, and what was your specific role in achieving it?

Tell us about a time a strategy failed. Did you double down or pivot? Who made the final call?

Part 4: The Covenant

Understanding the rules of engagement.

I understand that Boss Factory starts with a controlling equity position to protect the asset. I understand my equity is earned back through performance metrics (KPIs).

I understand that Boss Factory manages the "Business of Business" (Legal/Finance/Insurance) and I am responsible for "Execution" (Operations/Sales/Staffing).

I understand the Accountability Protocol. Strike 1 = Remediation Plan. Strike 2 = Board Intervention. Strike 3 = Removal from Operator Role.

I understand that if I cannot meet the requirements of the role, Boss Factory reserves the right to remove me to protect the company assets. I also understand I can request a "Graceful Exit" if I realize the role is not for me.

Building a company is hard. We provide the boat and the map, but you have to row. Are you ready to enter a high-accountability partnership where your reward is directly tied to your output?
